Pattern/Panel
We have many standard pattern templates for customers’ use.
*You can also provide your unique pattern design.*
Colors
Different models have different color charts for selection.
Sublimation printing suit can do unlimited designs; we usually use PANTONE to test colors.
Cuffs
You can choose to make either “Outer Cuff” or “Inner Cuff”.

Driver name on belt
You can add the driver’s name and flag on the belt.
Pockets
You can choose to have pockets or not.
Not only the side pockets, but we can also make a phone pocket on the front of the thigh.
Cooling Tube Exit
We can even add the exit for the cooling tube in order to meet the needs of the latest cooling technology on racing suits.
Logos by embroidery / Heat Transfer / Sublimation
The logos on the custom racing suit can be processed among three choices:

■ Beltenick Custom Racing Suit Process
Here is a brief introduction to the custom racing suit process in Beltenick:
- The customer offers the design of the suit and the measured size
- Pattern designer and art designer check if the design and the measured size are all right to go
- Pattern designer offers an expected finish size for the customer’s confirmation
(including ease for each part) - Art designer offers a pattern mock design for the customer’s confirmation
- Art designer conducts the color testing on the fabric for the customer’s confirmation or selection (*Only for sublimation suits*)
